ICE agents’ attack on US citizen Ricardo Gonzalez in North Long Beach was horrific and unconstitutional.

Senators @schiff.senate.gov, @padilla.senate.gov, and @robertgarcia.house.gov joined me in a letter to DHS, demanding an immediate investigation into the ICE agents’ behavior.

ICE can’t run lawless through our neighborhoods harassing, assaulting, & arresting anyone just because people are Latino.

This was reportedly a U.S. citizen, so they clearly don’t care who they go after. Being Latino in Long Beach or LA is not a crime. These ICE agents need to be held accountable.
